She holds a Masters of Acupuncture (M.Ac.) from Tai Sophia Institute, a Middle States Commission on Higher Education accredited graduate school for the healing arts. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland.
Since becoming an Acupuncturist, Jessica has supported those experiencing both acute and chronic conditions including pain (e.g. low back, joint,) anxiety, stress, digestive disorders, emotional strains, sleep issues, low energy, and those wanting to transition more smoothly through each day.
Before becoming an Acupuncturist, Jessica spent 16 years in a government consulting career, providing strategic communication and public outreach consulting services to numerous government clients.
It was Jessica's own profound experience of acupuncture that led her to study it. After years of feeling stuck and stressed, she decided to try acupuncture. Within months of beginning treatment, she felt such ease, joy, and hope again, that she knew she had to study this ancient medicine herself. As a practitioner of this healing art, it is Jessica's intention to help others reclaim their own personal power to heal themselves and to find balance within.
To schedule an appointment, contact Jessica at 410-259-6277 or jessica@spirithealingacupuncture.com.
