Winfield Holistic Center has been serving the community since 1994, offering a variety of educational and holistic opportunities and wellness services. We offer a diverse menu of wellness services performed by exceptional, certified practitioners. We host local professionals and speakers, as well as internationally known mediums.

Introduction to Meditation

A one hour guided meditation that will incorporate a number of different meditation techniques. Includes progressive relaxation, breakwork, and imagery. Great for both beginners and practiced meditators. Join us in the deep peace of meditation. A wonderful way to begin your week.
